Q: Do you happened to have serum or plasma from Mycoplasma pneumoniae infected donor? A: All of our clinic sites said they are unable to obtain samples from such patients.
Q: From what types of solid tumor patients can we get peripheral blood? Is there any one type that is easier for us to obtain? A: The easier ones are breast, prostate, NSCLC (non-small cell lung), and melanoma.
Q: Can you get T cells from melanoma patients? If so, can you get both fresh and frozen T cells from the same patient? A: Yes, we will be able to purify the T cells, and delivery them fresh or frozen to the customer. The only variables remaining are how many cells they’d like to get vs how many we could feasibly obtain from our current allowance. I believe we can get up to 30mL of melanoma blood like other diseases.
