Cord blood from a single donor is used to negatively select Naïve T cells using a two-step isolation process. CD4+ T Cells are first negatively selected from MNC using an indirect immunomagnetic CD4+ labeling system. CD45RO microbeads are then used to deplete the CD45RO+ population, leaving a highly enriched CD4+ CD45RA+ Naïve T Cell population. Cells are cryopreserved with AllCells Cryo Media in a cryovial. Purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability are determined using AO/PI.
