Customer Notification – COVID-19


Dear Valued Customer,

AllCells understands that this period of uncertainty may be impacting your business and we are continually adjusting our operations during the COVID-19 Shelter-in-place order while working remotely. Our goal is to minimize disruptions where we can. We’d like to clarify the following about our current operations:

  • Cryopreserved Products. All cryopreserved products in our inventory are available to ship every Wednesday.
  • Fresh Products. The current shelter-in-place prevents the ability to maintain donor collections. We are continuing to accept fresh product orders at this time, but a 3-week delay in fulfillment is expected (customized products may incur additional delay).

Our lines remain open during our normal business hours, and our Customer Success Team is ready to assist you with your projects.

Further, in an effort to meet your expectations in a timely manner during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, as well as immediately after the shelter-in-place lift on April 7th, 2020, we ask that you please answer a few short questions Customer Survey.
