Stem Cell Assays have been one of AllCells’ specialties with over 20 years of experience in performing hematopoietic stem cell based assays. We measure hematopoietic stem cell potential through myeloid colony forming units (CFU) in a semi-solid culture environment. In the presence of cytokines, unipotent progenitor cells are capable of giving rise to colonies including CFU-M, CFU-GM, CFU-G, and BFU-E. Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) enumeration is performed using adherent culture of CFU-F, while MSC differentiation to adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts is driven using combinations of cytokines and growth factors.
Flow Cytometry Services can be utilized to characterized samples such as patient samples from oncology or autoimmune patients. Our customized flow cytometric research solutions include multi-variable intracellular and extracellular immunophenotyping, as well as leukocyte characterization and CD34+ enumeration under ISHAGE guidelines.
Tissue Culture Services help to study the kinetics of cellular response to external stimuli. We offer a wide range of platforms for the analysis of cell proliferation and viability. Some of our services include cell proliferation assays, cell viability assays, and toxicology studies.
