Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations and guidance from the Lead RN, this staff member will be performing phlebotomy and providing direct care to paid, healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Venipunctures and blood collection, donor/patient recruitment & retention, donor/patient database management, donor/patient screening, medical histories, vital signs, and bone marrow assistance. Incumbent is also expected to: manage donor/patient reactions along with consulting with Registered Nurse(s) or co-workers. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Clinical Division. Work independently and consult with coworkers in a professional manner as needed.
  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures
  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.
  • Perform and document pertinent assessments to establish donor eligibility and qualifications
  • Provide donor education as it relates to specific collection procedures ensuring the sustained reliability and safety of the donor base, this includes thorough explanation on collections process as well as reinforcement on commitment needed to program.
  • Match and place clinical research subjects with each study as needed.
  • Screen donors via phone and in person, conduct medical history assessments.
  • Assist physicians with bone marrow aspirations as needed.
  • Recruit potential donors through our donation programs.
  • Work cooperatively with other staff members and assists others in their task completion.
  • Accurately enter data into the computer system on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage and maintain the company subjects’ database to expedite and facilitate the clinical research work.

Requirements:

  • California Licensed Phlebotomist with minimum 1-year experience. This is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant Program with minimum 1-year experience required.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Certification.
  • National Center for Competency Testing Certification preferred.
  • Familiar with HIPPA regulations and compliance.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps strongly preferred; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records).
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary 

Reporting to the Customer Success Director, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) I role serves as a junior role customer facing role which will focus on customer support and basic order transactions for our North American Customers. The role is responsible for interacting with Customers to On-Board new and existing to AllCells, evangelize and train on the Webstore Configurator and configure Quotes and Sales Orders for standard cryo, fresh and combination orders.  They are responsible to cover inbound customer activity and learn the more complex aspects of the CSM II.

Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

  • Be available during scheduled time to answer any inbound communication. 
  • Skillfully handle customer issues and find a resolution to the answer in a diplomatic and tactful way while communicating the Value of our cornerstone products.
  • Further qualify existing customers with an MQL status, on-board them to the Webstore and disposition as needed
  • Gather specific details and customer concerns with enough detail to build an accurate quote, and schedule based on available resources
  • Evangelize and On-Board customers to the AllCells webstore Configurator ensuring they are activated and have a base understanding of how to access inventory and place orders
  • Follow up on expiring quotes to ensure customers are receiving the product they need in a timely fashion
  • Answering inbound requests in a reasonable and timely manner
  • Conduct outbound initiatives to Cryo only customers to migrate to Webstore users. On-board cryo customers to AllCells’ Webstore. 

Internal Customer Advocate

  • Identify trends in basic orders and offer ways to improve the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Manage internal customer escalations to to the appropriate team member to allow the senior CS to proactively address them and ensure they are taken to resolution

Team Contributor

  • Cover shifts as necessary to ensure the success of the team
  • Work with the CSM II’s to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and opportunities to learn more 

AllCells Expert

  • Learn the basics of AllCells’ products and what differentiates them
  • Learn the basics of netsuite and how to become an expert at building basic quotes
  • Learn the minimum knowledge to identify which issues must be triaged and which can be routed to the webstore
  • Learn how to manage more complex orders 
  • Manage inbound MQLs from Customers and convert to Quotes and Sales Orders
  • Learn the methods of root cause investigation and how to appropriately find resolution for the customer. 
  • Complete other projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Molecular Biology. Previous laboratory experience a plus 
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or a Sales
  • Successful candidates will enjoy working with people and want to learn how to be successful at AllCells
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relations and problem solving capabilities. As a client-centered area of activity, he/she must have strong customer, interpersonal and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for the adherence of GMP/GTP standards and applicable government regulations  in our Quincy donor collection facility.  This includes the day to day management of collection staff, oversight of collection procedures, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.   The Clinical Quality Manager also acts as an interface between the donor, clinical staff, donor management personnel, QA and other departments within AllCells. This position requires strong people management skills and a problem-solving attitude. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Quality Systems Lead for the site to ensure continued compliance with internal quality management requirements
  • Responsible for delegation to and supervision of clinicians and laboratory staff
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped as scheduled
  • Troubleshoots daily operational issues
  • Documents relevant and required donor information in accordance with FDA, State and other regulatory standards
  • Responsible for reviewing, approving, and reporting of collection related documentation to ensure compliance with internal specifications and client requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring timely reporting and posting to electronic systems and databases
  • Participates and provides support during state and client audits; perform internal audits
  • Responsible for writing or providing input in the development of department processes and procedures including informed consents, SOPs and reports 
  • Represents Clinical Operations in cross-functional meetings and company initiatives
  • Serves as a resource for all facility staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a clinical,  blood banking or laboratory setting, at least 2 of which are as a Manager/Supervisor
  • Experience working in Clinical QA or quality management role a plus
  • Solid understanding of FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory standards, requirements and guidelines related to quality
  • Knowledge of federal, state and accreditation standards applicable to donor collection facilities Experience performing internal audits

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Coordinator role is to assist with the management and expansion of AllCells clinical grade (CG) program with assigned tasks related to research grade (RG) collections.  The job requires precise attention to detail along with good computer, organizational, time, and people management skills. Required to interact with donors and work collaboratively with internal staff members to ensure clinical grade collections can be delivered in a timely and accurate manner to our customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor operational aspects of Clinical Grade Program including existing and pending CG orders, integrity of CG donor pool and recruitment needs to for the CG donor pool.
  • Provide updates on status for CG orders to the Director of Clinical Operations and Associate Director, Program Management with respect to donor selection, project plans, recruitment results, quality standards and risk mitigation
  • Multi-project planning and coordination
  • Develop, document and train on new processes and improve existing processes to ensure effective execution and compliant documentation/review of CG/RG customer specific project requirements (e.g. verification of achievement of user requirements, forms (i.e. ICF) and additional documentation) 
  • Daily preparation of required CG/RG collection/screening documents prior to scheduled donor appointment.
  • Error-free completion, organization and electronic filing of  CG/RG clinical documents, electronic work orders and assembly builds in established systems
  • Oversight of Donor Retention Program for CG donors
  • Act as the liaison between  Donor Systems and Clinical Operations teams to develop effective processes for operational execution as well as communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure potential CG collection risks are escalated to the attention of the Director of Clinical Operations and Associate Director, Program Management when appropriate
  • Evaluation and verification of clinical and donor eligibility data and coordination of activities to ensure quality, regulatory, clinical objective, protocol and consent compliance.
  • Participates in audits and meetings with potential and existing customers, key opinion leaders and consultants as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years experience with project planning, clinical coordination or related field
  • Solid understanding of FDA and other regulatory requirements that may impact global clinical studies
  • Thorough knowledge of cGMP/GTP, good documentation practices, and regulatory requirements for clinical study management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electronic medical data management software, database software and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and values working independently (not requiring close supervision)
  • Self-confidence and “can do” attitude to get things done successfully.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required.

We are looking for a Donor Systems (Admin) Associate I/II to join our Donor Systems team to work closely with our donors to ensure the best overall donor experience and ensure that our customers receive the best quality products from us. Reporting to the Donor Systems Supervisor, the Donor Systems Associate I/II is responsible for the management of donor appointments in a very busy blood and bone marrow collection facility. This includes assisting the office with donor recruitment, scheduling, payments, and database management. This role requires precise attention to detail along with good organizational and time management skills. This position is also required to interact professionally with donors and collaboratively with clinical staff to facilitate an efficient and timely collection schedule. May be required to work some weekends to support collections as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage donor scheduling to ensure fulfillment of all appointments.
  • Participate in donor retention and appointment execution activities, including recruiting events on an as needed basis.
  • Receive donors at reception to manage all needed scheduling or appointment transactions.
  • Monitor daily collection schedules and communicate accordingly to clinical and other departments.
  • Communicate and reach out to donors during any disruptions to the collection schedule- take action as needed to remedy the issue.
  • Engage in ongoing donor communication through phone calls / emails.
  • Responds promptly to donor issues, concerns or questions.
  • Assist with clinical administrative tasks.
  • Assist in custom order donor identification, retention and sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate and live time information in the donor management system including donor contact information and all communication exchanges.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure donors are correctly allocated to their appointments.
  • Process and distribute donor payment compensations.
  • Prepare needed paperwork for next day collections as assigned, including but not limited to donor consents, donor payment sheets etc.
  • Make routine donor reminder calls as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to copying, filing, and document preparation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by department or manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years related administrative experience. Previous experience working in blood collections or donor related field a plus.
  • Minimum High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree in Administration, Business, or other related field preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation both internal customers and external clients.
  • Excellent technical and computer skills; knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Word, and Excel strongly preferred; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software, as required.

The Scientific Content Writer is primarily responsible for developing captivating content that enhances our brand voice and aligns with the company’s strategy for our revenue teams. This  includes but not limited to scientific and marketing communications, as well as development of advertising, promotional, and technical materials to support campaigns in the Immuno-oncology and Cell and Gene therapy markets.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop content strategies and plans to assist in establishing positioning statements and messaging strategies for marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Establish standards and support the process of crafting messaging statements for marketing campaigns, blogs and content
  • Develop, draft, and edit short- and long-form content including  brochures, flyers, guides, researcher interviews (VOC) publication summaries, advertorials, blogs, social media posts, videos scripts, plus print and digital ad assistance

  • More than 5 years writing experience related to Life Sciences
  • Demonstrated effective writing skills, with focus on clear, concise communication to targeted Researcher audiences

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, the Registered Nurse follows day to day instructions and guidance from the Lead RN and delivers direct care to paid, donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. The duties of the Registered Nurse fall into two main categories; those of general nursing and those of a hemapheresis clinician. The Registered Nurse also has a variety of administrative and non-clinical tasks.   • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of all clinical staff, oversight of donor care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is  in charge of staff scheduling and supervising their activities, completing performance reviews, and recruiting and training new personnel. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor also acts as an interface between the donor, clinical staff, donor management personnel, and other departments within AllCells.  This position requires strong people management skills and a problem-solving attitude. In addition, this individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and supervisor of collection floor to ensure compliance of company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) during day to day clinical operations.
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all clinical staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely and monitored in NetSuite, DMS, AdvancedMD.
  • Establishing  goals and performance expectations with staff that tie to company mission and objectives. Organize workflow and ensure that clinical staff understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
  • Regularly review and evaluate clinical staff performance and complete annual performance evaluations 
  • Monitor daily schedule and coordinate daily workflow with donor management staff.
