Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Donor Management Supervisor,  this staff member will be performing phlebotomy, education and providing direct care to paid, healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. They will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, vetting, capacity planning, and execution of screening for new and returning donors in a research program. In an effort to provide consistent education along with proper vetting of unqualified participants, they must help develop and curate an onboarding program designed to build connection and trust with donors. Goal of position is to provide donors with the best possible first impression of facility and program via communication, interpersonal interactions and customer service. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Venipunctures and blood collection, donor/patient recruitment & retention, donor/patient database management, donor/patient screening, medical histories, vital signs, and bone marrow assistance. Incumbent is also expected to: manage donor/patient reactions along with consulting with Registered Nurse(s) or co-workers.
  • Required to work independently to provide a consistent delivery of education and engagement with incoming donors with focus on retention, commitment and program guidelines. 
  • Must help develop and continuously improve an onboarding process for donors aimed targeting key performance indicators and further recruitment. 
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with donors. 
  • Responsible for vetting and acceptance of donors into the donor pool. Must be decisive and able to navigate donor interactions independently. 
  • Responsible for high level understanding of the Donor Management System, donor acceptance criteria and pool demographic needs. 
  • Responsible for show rate and successful execution of donor onboarding programs via innovative as well as routine methods. 
  • Required to stay in communication with donor management needs and directions. 
  • Required to perform routine communications with donors prior to screening on site to ensure best utilization of screening capacity.

Job Requirements:

  • Certified/Licensed Phlebotomist with minimum 1 year experience. This is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Certification.
  • Familiar with HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist I/II is responsible for processing and isolating human primary cells and conducting quality control analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and isolating human and animal primary cells using immunomagnetic isolation technology.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr Manager for Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) I role serves as a junior role customer facing role which will focus on customer support and basic order transactions for our North American Customers. The role is responsible for interacting with Customers to On-Board new and existing to AllCells, evangelize and train on the Webstore Configurator and configure Quotes and Sales Orders for standard cryo, fresh and combination orders. They are responsible to cover inbound customer activity and learn the more complex aspects of the CSM I.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

  • Be available during scheduled time to answer any inbound communication.
  • Skillfully handle customer issues and find a resolution to the answer in a diplomatic and tactful way while communicating the Value of our cornerstone products.
  • Further qualify existing customers with an MQL status, on-board them to the Webstore and disposition as needed
  • Gather specific details and customer concerns with enough detail to build an accurate quote, and schedule based on available resources
  • Evangelize and On-Board customers to the AllCells webstore Configurator ensuring they are activated and have a base understanding of how to access inventory and place orders
  • Follow up on expiring quotes to ensure customers are receiving the product they need in a timely fashion
  • Answering inbound requests in a reasonable and timely manner
  • Conduct outbound initiatives to Cryo only customers to migrate to Webstore users. On-board cryo customers to AllCells’ Webstore.

Internal Customer Advocate

  • Identify trends in basic orders and offer ways to improve the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Manage internal customer escalations to to the appropriate team member to allow the senior CS to proactively address them and ensure they are taken to resolution

Team Contributor

  • Cover shifts as necessary to ensure the success of the team
  • Work with the CSM II’s to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and opportunities to learn more

AllCells Expert

  • Learn the basics of AllCells’ products and what differentiates them
  • Learn the basics of netsuite and how to become an expert at building basic quotes
  • Learn the minimum knowledge to identify which issues must be triaged and which can be routed to the webstore
  • Learn how to manage more complex orders
  • Manage inbound MQLs from Customers and convert to Quotes and Sales Orders
  • Learn the methods of root cause investigation and how to appropriately find resolution for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Molecular Biology. Previous laboratory experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Service, or Sales role
  • Successful candidates will enjoy working with people and want to learn how to be successful at AllCells
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relations and problem solving capabilities. As a client-centered area of activity, he/she must have strong customer, interpersonal and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization.

The Production Specialist is accountable for all aspects of Downstream Lab Processing, Quality Testing, Documentation and Logistics for our human primary cell products at our Quincy Location.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Utilizing aseptic technique in a Biosafety Cabinet to process bulk human tissues per established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform quality control (QC) testing (cell counting and viability testing) of produced products and evaluation of tested parameters against established specifications and determining release for shipment
  • Management and execution of Work Orders, Assembly Builds, Material Transfers, and Fulfillment tasks, including data recording and troubleshooting within Netsuite ERP
  • Maintenance of consumable inventory (ordering, cycle counting, inventory adjustments in NetSuite, receiving, put away)
  • Management of General Lab, Facility and Equipment Maintenance (Equipment PMs, Calibrations, repairs, etc.) 
  • Performance of controlled temperature packaging and logistics activities (scheduling, system entry, labeling) for Commercial (Fed Ex) and independent (local couriers) carriers.

  • Identify, develop and implement creative strategies to attract potential donors 
  • Identify core groups and networking opportunities
  • Utilize known recruitment models to build new leads and prospects among target demographic of donors
  • Cultivate a culture of community and referrals within our donor pool 
  • Bring positive attitude and enthusiasm to the collection facility by ensure donors are aware of referral programs
  • Meet established goals of incoming new donor applicants online that meet required demographics and parameters. 
  • Network with local agencies, business, and colleges to coordinate events and community partnerships 
  • Work with marketing team to leverage social media and email campaigns
  • Meet all collection goals on a daily, weekly and monthly timeline by cultivating a diverse and fluid donor pool of consistent and on call donors.
  • Coordinate activities with  donor management team and collection personnel to ensure a positive donor experience and smooth, efficient operations.
  • Communicate with prospective donors to explain requirements and benefits of participating in blood donor programs.
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify key trends. 
  • Leverage social media accounts and presence to spread brand awareness and networking
  • Work closely with clinical management on appropriate eligibility and qualifying of new and returning donors.
  • Perform outside recruitment by visiting and presenting to prospective donor groups to discuss blood and bone marrow donation program
  • Perform other related duties as necessary

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science or medical related field preferred, previous experience working with a blood bank is a plus.
  • Must be goal driven and able to work independently 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required;  willingness to learn additional job-relevant software, as required
  • Must be able to complete job tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Strong phone etiquette, engaging conversationalist and professional demeanor 
  • Must accept instruction with open, cooperative, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (mostly local) to various recruiting events

Job Summary: 

AllCells is searching for a part-time rockstar Human Resources Coordinator who has the drive and passion to improve employee experience and promote a best place to work culture. This is a hands on tactical role that reports to and supports the Associate Director, Human Resources with day to day human resources activities which includes recruiting, onboard and offboarding employees, maintaining training, and coordinating corporate events from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in getting their feet wet in human resources who is a self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem solving skills. 

This position is a part-time, 20hr/week position. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the Associate Director with administration of day-to-day HR processes including, but not limited to on-boarding, annual reviews, off-boarding, employee data changes, Leaves of Absence, benefits, records retention and other aspects as needed
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes such as reference checks, background and drug screens, I-9 verification, direct all activities related to onboarding, new hire paperwork initiation tracking/​processing
  • Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner, consulting with Associate Director as needed for interpretation on policies and procedures 
  • Create an excellent candidate and new hire experience 
  • Enter employee data and maintain accurate records in HR system and pulling reports as needed to provide analytics related to people metrics
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and review timecards for compliance with company and regulatory policies
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Execute all HR sponsored employee events to promote collaboration, engagement, and recognition. setting up supplies/equipment, and influencing employee engagement
  • Supporting recruiting activities such as posting on various job boards, coordination of interviews, communicating with candidates, and creating an awesome candidate experience.  
  • Facilitate & monitor company trainings
  • Update and enhance job knowledge by pro-actively learning from various sources and participating in training opportunities
  • Other duties and projects assigned by the Associate Director, Human Resources 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Associates Degree in human resources related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administration or  human resources working in a professional environment
  • Desire to build a career in Human Resources and continually grow
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, superb attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Passion for customer service and people experience 
  • Ability to be proactive and always follow through
