Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations and guidance from the Lead RN, this staff member will be performing phlebotomy and providing direct care to paid, healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Venipunctures and blood collection, donor/patient recruitment & retention, donor/patient database management, donor/patient screening, medical histories, vital signs, and bone marrow assistance. Incumbent is also expected to: manage donor/patient reactions along with consulting with Registered Nurse(s) or co-workers. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Clinical Division. Work independently and consult with coworkers in a professional manner as needed.
  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures
  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.
  • Perform and document pertinent assessments to establish donor eligibility and qualifications
  • Provide donor education as it relates to specific collection procedures ensuring the sustained reliability and safety of the donor base, this includes thorough explanation on collections process as well as reinforcement on commitment needed to program.

Requirements:

  • National Center for Competency Testing Certification preferred.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, the Registered Nurse follows day to day instructions and guidance from the Lead RN and delivers direct care to paid, donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. The duties of the Registered Nurse fall into two main categories; those of general nursing and those of a hemapheresis clinician. The Registered Nurse also has a variety of administrative and non-clinical tasks. This individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of full time clinical nursing experience required.
  • Excellent venipuncture skills required.
  • Prior oncology, Apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Usually walking or standing to do work with some sitting, bending and stooping will be required.
  • Work is performed in an environment that involves everyday risks and discomforts requiring safety precautions typical of outpatient medical clinics.
  • Some pushing and/or pulling of wheeled equipment will be required, as well as some lifting.
  • Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.

Job Summary

AllCells is seeking an experienced and proven business development regional manager for the East Coast. A candidate that is both scientifically astute and comfortable in building a trust based communication process and solutions to a dynamic and intelligent customer base. The Business Development Regional Manager will grow top line revenue and increase market share by supporting  the use of our Research Grade, Custom Solutions and Clinical Grade GMP compliant products in the fields of immunology, cancer and cell and gene therapy. 

The Business Development Regional Manager will be responsible for comprehensive planning and execution strategies to increase sales (revenue and profit) by selling actively into the  assigned East Coast territory (New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, etc). Position reports to Chief Revenue Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, propose, and implement quarterly and annual territory plans to meet revenue goals and achieve quota attainment. 50% New Business quota and 50% existing customer growth expectations.
  • Responsible for generating new business through a high level of customer and prospect contact including frequent direct customer visits and extensive networking.
  • Gain an understanding of customers’ projects through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails, in order to position AllCells products from Research Grade, Pre-Clinical,Custom to Clinical Grade GMP compliant products. 
  • Communicate clearly to executive stakeholders including operations, marketing, SMEs and customer success teams, to ensure that prospects are provided with well-orchestrated and timely information to ensure successful closure of opportunities.
  • Tracking Milestones, Competitive intelligence and documentation required.
  • Develop strong relationships within strategic accounts with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Strategize and identify high-value, Ultra Accounts (1 million plus per year), create initial contact, qualify, generate opportunities to sell our product portfolio and close sales opportunities throughout a 12 month rolling period and developing account control and securing business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospective clients on solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Will be responsible for demonstrating strategic business awareness of the market in order to differentiate AllCells from the competition. 
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Departments  to follow up on new leads, drive demand within existing accounts, manage and grow referrals in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and seminars as required. 
  • Provide training, lead, coach and mentorship to other Sales team personnel.
  • Work directly with CRO to help manage sales related procedures, quota development and comp plan development as needed.

  • Be expert at product knowledge, operational level details, isolated products, clinical apherisis process’ from Research Grade to GMP Clinical Grade quality, and QC procedures.
  • Document all communications and customer interactions in CRM (Hubspot) and NetSuite.
  • Liaise with internal Scientific Support staff and Technical Teams regarding difficult troubleshooting and custom products. ​
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 40-60% of the time.
  • Expectation to be in front of prospects/clients ~ 4-5 days a week
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • BSc, MSc or PhD in Immunology is preferred. Degrees in Hematology, Molecular Biology or an allied science is accepted with immunology-related experience.
  • Excellent self-awareness, enthusiasm, intrinsic motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • 10+ years of field based sales experience in Life Sciences or Physical Sciences. Advanced experience delivering quarterly and annual business targets in Life Sciences, CDMO, or BioTech.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills 
  • Tremendous ability to work with clients, actively listen to needs, and translate into opportunities

Reporting to the Director QA/QC, the  Quality Manager/Site Supervisor is responsible for the adherence of GMP/GTP standards and applicable government regulations  in our Quincy donor collection facility.  This includes the day to day oversight  of collection staff, collection procedures, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.   The Quality Manager interacts with and manages relationships between the donor, Clinical Operations, Donor Management, QA, Production, Material Management, external customers and regulatory authorities.This position requires strong management skills and a problem-solving attitude. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Quality Systems Lead for the site to ensure continued compliance with internal quality management requirements
  • Responsible for delegation to and supervision of clinicians and laboratory staff
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped as scheduled
  • Troubleshoots daily operational issues
  • Documents relevant and required donor information in accordance with FDA, State and other regulatory standards

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or related field. 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role in a clinical,  blood banking, biotechnology manufacturing or laboratory setting. Previous people management experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory standards, requirements and guidelines related to quality and experience in leading and conducting customer, Agency and internal audits.

AllCells, a leading provider of healthy human primary cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow, is seeking a Scientific Content Writer to join our marketing team to lead AllCells content development, creation and deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in life science research, immunology, stem cells, regenerative medicine, hematology, and cell and gene therapy. 

This role will develop, prepare and commercialize scientific communications in the form of content and graphical representation across a range of deliverables (e.g. abstracts, posters, slide presentations, white papers, application notes, collateral, blogs, newsletters and editorials). Duties include managing and presenting scientific information in-person, through webinars, educational pieces, and product-focused documents.

The Scientific Content Writer is primarily responsible for developing captivating content that enhances our brand voice and aligns with the company’s strategy for our revenue teams. This  includes but not limited to scientific and marketing communications, as well as development of advertising, promotional, and technical materials to support campaigns in the Immuno-oncology and Cell and Gene therapy markets. 

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop content strategies and plans to assist in establishing positioning statements and messaging strategies for marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Establish standards and support the process of crafting messaging statements for marketing campaigns, blogs and content

  • More than 5 years writing experience related to Life Sciences
  • Demonstrated effective writing skills, with focus on clear, concise communication to targeted Researcher audiences
  • Knowledge of scientific publication regulations and best practices. Having published scientific writing is a huge plus
  • Exceptional  communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated success in creating and delivering effective presentations to senior-level audiences

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of full time clinical nursing experience required.
  • Excellent venipuncture skills required.
  • Prior oncology, Apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Usually walking or standing to do work with some sitting, bending and stooping will be required.
  • Work is performed in an environment that involves everyday risks and discomforts requiring safety precautions typical of outpatient medical clinics.
  • Some pushing and/or pulling of wheeled equipment will be required, as well as some lifting.
  • Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of all clinical staff, oversight of donor care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is  in charge of staff scheduling and supervising their activities, completing performance reviews, and recruiting and training new personnel. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor also acts as an interface between the donor, clinical staff, donor management personnel, and other departments within AllCells.  This position requires strong people management skills and a problem-solving attitude. In addition, this individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and supervisor of collection floor to ensure compliance of company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) during day to day clinical operations.
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all clinical staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely and monitored in NetSuite, DMS, AdvancedMD.
  • Establishing  goals and performance expectations with staff that tie to company mission and objectives. Organize workflow and ensure that clinical staff understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
  • Regularly review and evaluate clinical staff performance and complete annual performance evaluations 
  • Monitor daily schedule and coordinate daily workflow with donor management staff.
  • Promotes an atmosphere of open communication that facilitates staff input into decision-making, resolution of conflict, and collegiality among all team members, including Donor Management.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional inter-disciplinary communication
  • Schedule clinical staff shifts
  • Oversight of preparation, review and completion of monthly quality control documents.
  • Oversee all  ongoing and new staff training in support of Clinical Operations management.
  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures  
  • Provide back-up support and input to site management for staff scheduling, process flow, staff hiring and operational decisions
  • Act as clinical point of contact during audits or clinical investigations.
  • Able to manage time effectively and establish efficient work flow on the donor floor.
  • Demonstrate competency and maintain confidentiality
  • Manage continuous improvement of practices, processes and procedures to further donor satisfaction, compliance, documentation and efficiency.
  • Serve as backup RN on an as needed basis 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:  

  • Bachelors in Nursing 
  • Current State Registered Nurse License (CA or MA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 6 years of full-time clinical nursing experience in oncology, apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis required, 
  • 3-5 years clinical supervisory experience with multiple direct reports
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills 
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps required; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records).
  • Usually walking or standing to do work with some sitting, bending and stooping will be required 
  • Some pushing and/or pulling of wheeled equipment will be required, as well as some lifting
  • Work is performed in an environment that involves everyday risks and discomforts requiring safety precautions typical of outpatient medical clinics.
  • Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues
