Job Description:

Reporting to the Customer Success Director, the account manager II role serves as the point of contact between AllCells and a select number of small and medium size accounts. The role is responsible for interacting with Customers to identify requirements for AllCells product offerings, convert requirements into a Quote/Sales Order, and ensure the best customer experience. This role puts a heavy emphasis on maintaining and growing business opportunities   with assigned existing accounts while also provide transactional support to all customers.  

Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

  • Lead small and medium size customers through all aspects of purchasing and engaging with AllCells
  • Drive the revenue growth through relationship building and anticipating customer needs 
  • Act as primary point of customer contact, leading day-to-day customer engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with the goal of being a primary vendor
  • Provide product knowledge and industry guidance on best practices to effectively leverage AllCells’ offerings and experience for the benefit of the customer
  • Prepare and manage regular customer meetings as needed

Internal Customer Advocate

  • Process customer orders
  • Prepare monthly revenue forecast by customers with Company provided template
  • Provide Business Reviews quarterly with Company provided template
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication channels with sales and marketing teams to support overall client growth; continuously operating in the mutual best interest of the client. Work in partnership with Production Planning and Marketing to produce customer deliverables.

AllCells Expert

  • Have comprehensive knowledge about AllCells products and be able to communicate to Customers regarding all standard product attributes and specifications.  Be able to communicate operational level details of our clinical division on tissue collections, isolation procedures, and QC procedures in AllCells research grade product lines in order to consult with our customers to ensure their success.
  • Communicate AllCells’ capabilities for delivery of cryopreserved and fresh standard products and feasibility of customized products by 1) determining availability, communicating lead time, QC release status and inventory batch attributes using NetSuite saved searches and 2) evaluating capacity for fresh collections and assessing donor eligibility with the donor management system for simple and complex donor reported attribute, managed donor attributes, scheduling, etc.
  • Develop accurate customized quotations by both fully utilizing Netsuite ERP and fully understanding the customer’s needs. Investigate problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and provide feedback to internal department to implement sustainable solutions to acute customer issues.
  • Manage root cause investigations through the use of the Case System. Ability to accurately review, document, assess, and process customer issues in a uniform and timely manner, and assign the level of further investigation required to determine a possible failure of a product, labeling, or packaging to meet any of its specifications or customer expectations. Accountable for timely completion of investigations and customer issue resolution.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to identify root cause and sustainable corrective/preventative actions for efficiency and quality of customer service.
  • Complete other projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BS degree in biotechnology, molecular/cell biology or related field. MS a plus. 
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer facing role responsible for managing the direct relationship.
  • Successful candidates will understand and have demonstrated capabilities in building quality relationships and enjoy helping people.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relations and problem-solving capabilities. As a client-centered area of activity, he/she must have strong customer, interpersonal and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization. Must have a diplomatic, professional behavior and presence.  Must be able to achieve customer success outcomes by accommodating customer requirements while balancing the top line and net income objectives of the organization.
  • Independent self-starter who can work well independently on assigned tasks as well as a contributor to team initiatives, in the context of established protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, technical, low acceptable error rate workplace. Experience in working towards and meeting metrics based performance evaluation systems.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in application of standard software platforms (Google Business Apps) to achieve daily responsibilities. Applied experience in the use of NetSuite or other ERP/CRM system is a plus.

  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations and guidance from the Lead Registered Nurse, this staff member will be performing phlebotomy and providing direct care to paid, healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Venipunctures and blood collection, donor/patient recruitment & retention, donor/patient database management, donor/patient screening, medical histories, vital signs, and bone marrow assistance. Incumbent is also expected to: manage donor/patient reactions along with consulting with Registered Nurse(s) or co-workers. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Clinical Division. Work independently and consult with coworkers in a professional manner as needed. 
  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures  
  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.
  • Perform and document pertinent assessments to establish donor eligibility and qualifications

  • Match and place clinical research subjects with each study as needed.
  • Screen donors via phone and in person, conduct medical history assessments.

Requirements:

  • Certified/Licensed Phlebotomist with minimum 1 year experience. This is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant Program with minimum 1 year experience.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Certification.
  • Familiar with HIPPA regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps strongly preferred; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records), as required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist I is responsible for processing and isolating human and animal primary cells and conducting quality control analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and isolating human and animal primary cells using immunomagnetic isolation technology.
  • Generating electronic & written records based upon testing and analysis of cell and/or tissue samples.
  • Maintaining and organizing laboratory work area, consumables, and equipment.
  • Preparing buffers, reagents, and other laboratory consumables.
  • Testing cell culture media and reagents.
  • Washing and maintaining lab-ware.
  • Reporting out-of-specification products to managers.
  • Handling and disposing of biological waste.
  • Complying with laboratory policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of all clinical staff, oversight of donor care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is  in charge of staff scheduling and supervising their activities, completing performance reviews, and recruiting and training new personnel. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor also acts as an interface between the donor, clinical staff, donor management personnel, and other departments within AllCells.  This position requires strong people management skills and a problem-solving attitude. In addition, this individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and supervisor of collection floor to ensure compliance of company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) during day to day clinical operations.
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all clinical staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely and monitored in NetSuite, DMS, AdvancedMD.
  • Establishing  goals and performance expectations with staff that tie to company mission and objectives. Organize workflow and ensure that clinical staff understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
  • Regularly review and evaluate clinical staff performance and complete annual performance evaluations 
  • Monitor daily schedule and coordinate daily workflow with donor management staff.
  • Promotes an atmosphere of open communication that facilitates staff input into decision-making, resolution of conflict, and collegiality among all team members, including Donor Management.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional inter-disciplinary communication

Requirements:  

  • Bachelors in Nursing 
  • Current State Registered Nurse License (CA or MA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 6 years of full-time clinical nursing experience in oncology, apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis required, 
  • 3-5 years clinical supervisory experience with multiple direct reports
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills 
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps required; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records).
  • Usually walking or standing to do work with some sitting, bending and stooping will be required
