Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, the Registered Nurse follows day to day instructions and guidance from the Lead RN and delivers direct care to paid, donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. The duties of the Registered Nurse fall into two main categories; those of general nursing and those of a hemapheresis clinician. The Registered Nurse also has a variety of administrative and non-clinical tasks. This individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Follow established process flow to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely.
  • Perform and document pertinent assessments to establish donor eligibility and qualifications.
  • Provide donor education as it relates to specific collection procedures ensuring the sustained reliability and safety of the donor base, this includes thorough explanation on collections process as well as reinforcement on commitment needed to program.
  • Ability to analyze diagnostic laboratory data.
  • Ensure donor safety including managing adverse events during collection procedures.
  • Acts as a resource person to other clinical team members.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional inter-disciplinary communication.
  • Able to manage time effectively and establish efficient work flow on donor floor.
  • Demonstrate competency and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to monitor daily schedule and coordinate daily workflow with front desk staff and perform all front desk duties as needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement of practices, processes and procedures to further donor satisfaction, compliance, documentation and efficiency.
  • Perform daily functions of the lead RN in the absence of the lead RN. Including, act as clinical point of contact during audits or clinical investigations.
  • Promotes an atmosphere of open communication that facilitates staff input into decision-making, resolution of conflict, and collegiality among all team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of full time clinical nursing experience required.
  • Excellent venipuncture skills required.
  • Prior oncology, Apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Usually walking or standing to do work with some sitting, bending and stooping will be required.
  • Work is performed in an environment that involves everyday risks and discomforts requiring safety precautions typical of outpatient medical clinics.
  • Some pushing and/or pulling of wheeled equipment will be required, as well as some lifting.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of all clinical staff, oversight of donor care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is in charge of staff scheduling and supervising their activities, completing performance reviews, and recruiting and training new personnel. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor also acts as an interface between the donor, clinical staff, donor management personnel, and other departments within AllCells. This position requires strong people management skills and a problem-solving attitude. In addition, this individual must demonstrate personal commitment to quality and accountability while contributing to company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and supervisor of collection floor to ensure compliance of company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) during day to day clinical operations.
  • Ensure consistent and established process flow is followed by all clinical staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped timely and monitored in NetSuite, DMS, AdvancedMD.
  • Establishing goals and performance expectations with staff that tie to company mission and objectives. Organize workflow and ensure that clinical staff understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
  • Regularly review and evaluate clinical staff performance and complete annual performance evaluations
  • Monitor daily schedule and coordinate daily workflow with donor management staff.
  • Promotes an atmosphere of open communication that facilitates staff input into decision-making, resolution of conflict, and collegiality among all team members, including Donor Management.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional inter-disciplinary communication
  • Schedule clinical staff shifts
  • Oversight of preparation, review and completion of monthly quality control documents.
  • Oversee all ongoing and new staff training in support of Clinical Operations management.

  • Provide back-up support and input to site management for staff scheduling, process flow, staff hiring and operational decisions
  • Act as clinical point of contact during audits or clinical investigations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Nursing
  • Current State Registered Nurse License (CA or MA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 6 years of full-time clinical nursing experience in oncology, apheresis, blood bank, or dialysis required,
  • 3-5 years clinical supervisory experience with multiple direct reports
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps required; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records).

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist I/II is responsible for processing and isolating human and animal primary cells and conducting quality control analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and isolating human and animal primary cells using immunomagnetic isolation technology.
  • Generating electronic & written records based upon testing and analysis of cell and/or tissue samples.
  • Maintaining and organizing laboratory work area, consumables, and equipment.
  • Preparing buffers, reagents, and other laboratory consumables.
  • Testing cell culture media and reagents.
  • Washing and maintaining lab-ware.
  • Reporting out-of-specification products to managers.
  • Handling and disposing of biological waste.

Requirements:

  • Able to read, interpret, and communicate basic technical documents.
  • Able to learn and operate standard laboratory equipment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic cell culture skills.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Customer Success Director, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) I role serves as a junior role customer facing role which will focus on customer support and basic order transactions for our North American Customers. The role is responsible for interacting with Customers to On-Board new and existing to AllCells, evangelize and train on the Webstore Configurator and configure Quotes and Sales Orders for standard cryo, fresh and combination orders. They are responsible to cover inbound customer activity and learn the more complex aspects of the CSM I.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

  • Be available during scheduled time to answer any inbound communication.
  • Skillfully handle customer issues and find a resolution to the answer in a diplomatic and tactful way while communicating the Value of our cornerstone products.
  • Further qualify existing customers with an MQL status, on-board them to the Webstore and disposition as needed
  • Gather specific details and customer concerns with enough detail to build an accurate quote, and schedule based on available resources
  • Evangelize and On-Board customers to the AllCells webstore Configurator ensuring they are activated and have a base understanding of how to access inventory and place orders
  • Follow up on expiring quotes to ensure customers are receiving the product they need in a timely fashion
  • Answering inbound requests in a reasonable and timely manner
  • Conduct outbound initiatives to Cryo only customers to migrate to Webstore users. On-board cryo customers to AllCells’ Webstore.

Internal Customer Advocate

  • Identify trends in basic orders and offer ways to improve the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Manage internal customer escalations to to the appropriate team member to allow the senior CS to proactively address them and ensure they are taken to resolution

Team Contributor

  • Cover shifts as necessary to ensure the success of the team
  • Work with the CSM II’s to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and opportunities to learn more

AllCells Expert

  • Learn the basics of AllCells’ products and what differentiates them
  • Learn the basics of netsuite and how to become an expert at building basic quotes
  • Learn the minimum knowledge to identify which issues must be triaged and which can be routed to the webstore
  • Learn how to manage more complex orders
  • Manage inbound MQLs from Customers and convert to Quotes and Sales Orders
  • Learn the methods of root cause investigation and how to appropriately find resolution for the customer.
  • Complete other projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Molecular Biology. Previous laboratory experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Service, or Sales role
  • Successful candidates will enjoy working with people and want to learn how to be successful at AllCells
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relations and problem solving capabilities. As a client-centered area of activity, he/she must have strong customer, interpersonal and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization.
  • Independent self-starter who can work well independently on assigned tasks as well as being a contributor to team initiatives, in the context of established protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, technical, low acceptable error rate workplace. Experience in working towards and meeting metrics based performance evaluation systems.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in application of standard software platforms (Google Business Apps) to achieve daily responsibilities. Applied experience in the use of NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Job Summary: 

AllCells is seeking a driven, action-oriented, and a strategic-minded individual to take on the role of Business Operations Manager. This role requires a “business athlete” – able to think strategically, tell “the story” of the business, work effectively cross-functionally, and at the same time ensure the organization is operating with focus and rigor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support finance operations including developing annual operating plans, and track key performance indicators to assess the success of business initiatives,
  • Responsible for banking operations,
  • Provide finance support to the revenue team including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and spending control,
  • Serve as a Program Manager for cross-functional initiatives, such as the Global Process Improvement (a system and process improvement)
  • Manage business cadences (e.g., weekly business reviews, monthly initiative reviews, quarterly operating reviews), with interactions and collaboration with a variety of teams, including senior executives
  • Lead ad hoc initiatives that are critical to meeting business plans for the year and require cross-functional execution
  • Support creation of executive presentation materials – operational reviews with the Executive Committee and employee meetings
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in one or more of our product areas; contributing to the creation of the “winning strategies” for those areas; and providing insights and opinion on those areas on an ongoing and proactive basis

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in finance, economics or business administration
  • 5+ years of operational experience with a mix of Finance, Operations, and IT;
  • Can perform data analysis (and partnering with Analytics teams) to define key performance indicators; use them to better understand our business; identify opportunities and threats; and persuasively communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels;
  • Communicate effectively in written (documents and emails), visual (charts and decks), and verbal forms;
  • Have an appetite to absorb data (quantitative & qualitative) from a variety of sources (customer interviews, Sales rep data, competitors, product behaviour, dashboards, meetings, etc.); connect it; and be able to draw a “so what?” conclusion;
  • Comfortable writing intermediate SQL, i.e., queries that include multiple tables, aggregate functions, and common table expressions (CTEs) without supervision;
  • Have a basic working knowledge of statistical concepts. This role does not involve in-depth statistical analysis;
  • Is a clear communicator
  • Has detail orientation and the ability to balance dynamic tasks with short turnaround
  • Enjoys operational precision and detailed program management, but understands the broader strategic context of the business
  • Has the confidence and maturity to interact with senior executives, often making requests of their time to provide inputs to a collaborative project

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Clinical Services, this staff member will be performing phlebotomy, education and providing direct care to paid, healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. They will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, vetting, capacity planning, and execution of screening for new and returning donors in a research program. In an effort to provide consistent education along with proper vetting of unqualified participants, they must help develop and curate an onboarding program designed to build connection and trust with donors. Goal of position is to provide donors with the best possible first impression of facility and program via communication, interpersonal interactions and customer service. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Venipunctures and blood collection, donor/patient recruitment & retention, donor/patient database management, donor/patient screening, medical histories, vital signs, and bone marrow assistance. Incumbent is also expected to: manage donor/patient reactions along with consulting with Registered Nurse(s) or co-workers.
  • Required to work independently to provide a consistent delivery of education and engagement with incoming donors with focus on retention, commitment and program guidelines. 
  • Must help develop and continuously improve an onboarding process for donors aimed targeting key performance indicators and further recruitment. 
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with donors. 
  • Responsible for vetting and acceptance of donors into the donor pool. Must be decisive and able to navigate donor interactions independently. 
  • Responsible for high level understanding of the Donor Management System, donor acceptance criteria and pool demographic needs. 
  • Responsible for show rate and successful execution of donor onboarding programs via innovative as well as routine methods. 
  • Required to stay in communication with donor management needs and directions. 
  • Required to perform routine communications with donors prior to screening on site to ensure best utilization of screening capacity. 
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Clinical Division. Work independently and consult with coworkers in a professional manner as needed. 
  • Initiate, perform, and complete donor collection procedures according to specified policies and standard operating procedures as requested to help collection staff. 
  • Recruit potential donors through our donation programs.
  • Work cooperatively with other staff members and assists others in their task completion.
  •  Accurately enter data into the computer system on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage and maintain the company subjects’ database to expedite and facilitate the clinical research work.

Job Requirements:

  • Certified/Licensed Phlebotomist with minimum 1 year experience. This is a critical and non-negotiable requirement.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Certification.
  • Familiar with HIPAA regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Apps strongly preferred; willingness to learn additional job-relevant software (donor database management system, electronic medical records), as required.
  • Must have high level verbal communication skills both in person and phone. 
  • Customer or donor service experience required. 
  • Must be able to work independently or in a lead role. 
  • Must be self motivated
