Fresh CB CD4+/CD45RA+ Naïve T Cells, 10 million cells

 First, CB-CD4+  T Cells are negatively isolated using an  indirect immunomagnetic CD4+  labeling system from  mononuclear cells. Next, CD45RO MicroBeads are used to  deplete the CD45RO+ population, leaving a purified CD4+ / CD45RA+  Naïve T Cell population.
