Background

AllCells can provide fresh, non-cryopreserved human and animal raw tissues, such as whole bone marrow, and purified cells such as CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells.  The advantages of fresh cells are that they are ready for immediate use upon receipt without complex handling, and their viability and recovery are always very good because they have usually only been subjected to an overnight shipment at controlled temperatures of about 4-6°C.  The disadvantage is that they should be used upon arrival and we do not recommend the researchers to cryopreserve these primary cells by themselves, so it is critical to have the reagents and experiment setup ready at the time of delivery. Human primary cell cDNA is synthesized from highly purified RNA, which is derived from high purity, hematopoietic cells. These cells are isolated from human blood, bone marrow, or umbilical cord blood, using immunomagnetic MicroBead labeling procedures.
