Job Title: Services Manager


Job Description:
The Services Manager is directly responsible for customers’ services using human primary cells to support Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Vaccine, and Academic R&D customers. Primary responsibility is leading the services department focusing on immunology-based assay developments such as Hematopoietic Stem Cell Assays and Flow-Cytometry Services, Cell Based Assays for Drug Discovery, In vitro Expansion or Differentiation, In vitro Characterization of Diseased Cells, and providing technical and sales & marketing support. Job Title: Sales Associate - East Coast Account Manager



Job Description:
This position is an entry-level sales position ideally suited for the individual who has achieved the academic requirements such as PhD degree, has practical lab experience, and is willing to undertake a challenge in marketing and sales but has limited sales experience.

The Associate Account Manager executes sales processes for assigned accounts, in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans. The Associate Account Manager will apply his/her knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications combined with selling skills to identify and qualify leads, initiate the sales process and successfully promote the sales of company products and services to meet or exceed the assigned sales plan. The position is to be based in PA, MD, NJ, or vicinity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the entire sales process for assigned accounts or product portfolio, demonstrate use of selling skills, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, building relationships, asking open-ended and high gain questions to determine needs, provide customer solutions through the use of the company’s products, create the value proposition and close the sale.

Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the R&D Senior Scientist will lead the development of iPSC based technology and iPSC-derived primary cell types for cell-based screening and potential cell therapy applications.  This role requires an in-depth knowledge of industry practices for developing, promoting, and selling iPSC-derived primary cells and related services to the life science market.  The individual must be capable of working in a cross-functional team to enable the commercialization of iPSC-derived products and services.

  1. Establishes the iPSC technology platform in-house,  develops various iPSC lines (normal and/or diseased), derives various primary cell types from iPSC lines, works with stakeholders to establish drug screening services using iPSC technology, and identifies potential cell therapy opportunities.
  2. Develops product specifications, quality control assays, and product claims content. Works with stakeholders to determine competitive product/service pricing, strategies and tactics for commercialization.  Creates & provides Technical Service/Customer Service/Sales training. Organizes market sampling program as needed. 
  3. Identifies funding opportunities and applies for government grants to support R&D of iPSC technologies and products.
  4. Provides sales and customer support related to iPSC related products/services.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of operating plans and strategies as well as industry practices covering the production of human primary cells and related services for the life science research market in both China and US.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to apply resources to meet goals and schedules. The individual exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for achieving results.      

  1. Manage the production line, inventory assessments, and initial forecast.
  2. Manage lab staff with a clear focus on the delivery of objectives on-time and on-budget
