Mouse Mononuclear Cells

Background

Mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells are the heterogeneous population of stem/progenitor and differentiated hematopoietic cells.  They can be used in many research studies of bone marrow microenvironment and hematopoietic paradigm mimicking that of human.  Mouse bone marrow MNCs are density-gradient enriched from the whole bone marrow procured from the femurs and humeri of C57 mice.
