Background | Rat bone marrow mononuclear cells are the heterogeneous population of stem/progenitor and differentiated hematopoietic cells. They can be used in many research studies of bone marrow microenvironments and hematopoietic paradigm mimicking of that of humans. Rat bone marrow MNCs are density-gradient enriched from the whole bone marrow procured from the femurs and humeri of Sprague-Dawley rats. |
