“The introduction of these CRO type of Bioservices provide essential components of hematological cell-based assays commonly used in the work-flow of drug development based research projects,” commented Dr. Basha Stankovich, Manager of Bioservices. Dr. Jack Zhai, VP of Sales & Marketing added, “These Bioservices offerings combine with our 20 years of experience in hematology, which provides our customers with a range of cell-based assays within the academia/non-profit market segment.”
Immunoassays have applications in autoimmunity, transplantation, vaccine development, therapeutic development and more. Now with our new Bioservices launch, we offer ways to assist you in your research by providing services such as ELISA, ELISpot, Luminex Assays and Cell Based Assays.
Stem Cell Assays have been one of AllCells’ specialties with over 20 years of experience in performing hematopoietic stem cell based assays. We measure hematopoietic stem cell potential through myeloid colony forming units (CFU) in a semi-solid culture environment. In the presence of cytokines, unipotent progenitor cells are capable of giving rise to colonies including CFU-M, CFU-GM, CFU-G, and BFU-E. Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) enumeration is performed using adherent culture of CFU-F, while MSC differentiation to adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts is driven using combinations of cytokines and growth factors.
Flow Cytometry Services can be utilized to characterized samples such as patient samples from oncology or autoimmune patients. Our customized flow cytometric research solutions include multi-variable intracellular and extracellular immunophenotyping, as well as leukocyte characterization and CD34+ enumeration under ISHAGE guidelines.
Tissue Culture Services help to study the kinetics of cellular response to external stimuli. We offer a wide range of platforms for the analysis of cell proliferation and viability. Some of our services include cell proliferation assays, cell viability assays, and toxicology studies.
Protein Analysis includes custom services in protein electrophoresis, western blots, and immunoprecipitation.
Genotyping services provide additional information on donor and patient samples which increase the characterization. Our DNA-based genotyping services include genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction for mutation analysis, CD16 (Fc-gamma receptor) genotyping and more. Custom HLA Typing is crucial to effectively employ different HLA haplotypes for aid in identifying treatment for infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancer. There are many immunological targets and methods for our HLA Typing service. Please contact us for additional information on pricing.

About AllCells, LLC
AllCells, LLC is a global biotechnology company founded in 1998 to provide researchers with a reliable supply of biologically relevant, consistent quality primary cells that enable the advancement of scientific research in the areas of cell biology, oncology, virology, hematology, infectious disease and stem cell research. Unlike cell lines, which are typically mutated, transformed or immortalized, primary cells retain their original phenotypes hence better reflect in vivo morphology, metabolism and growth characteristics. These attributes are especially important for in vitro research applications where in vivo-like models are critically important. By partnering with AllCells, investigators can dramatically reduce time needed to isolate cells with guaranteed consistency thereby improving the efficiency, accuracy and relevance of their research studies. AllCells is fully certified in accordance with local, state and federal requirements.
